Lenny Bain emigrated to the Caribbean from Canada more than 20 years ago.
Lenny holds a Bachelors Degree in Business. He has been working over 15 years in Sales & Marketing in the Wine, Spirit, Tobacco industry. Lenny has had numerous roles in ILTT over the past 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the Caribbean market(s).
Lenny has been responsible for annual sales and marketing budgets ranging from USD $2 million to USD $50+ million. He has experience in all aspects of forecasting, budgetary planning, accounting and commercial finance and continues to drive the company in an upwards growth.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR BEVERAGES
John Leone has graduated from the University of Conneticut School of Business.
John has worked for major retail and consumer goods companies and held positions including Global Merchandising Manager for Heineken International, Marketing Manager Off-Premise for Heineken Export Group, Area Export Manager and Managing Director for Heineken St.Maarten.
Prior to joining Heineken, John worked for 8 years in Store Operations for Wal-Mart Stores and Kohl’s Department Stores. He has also worked in Marketing Research at Kraft General Foods in White Plains, NY.
COMMERCIAL MANAGER WINES
Damien Moreau graduated from the University of Wine Suze la Rousse in France.
Damien joined the ILTT team in 2009 as the Commercial Manager in the Wine Department.
Damien has gained his experience in the Wine Industry since 1995. He worked as a Sommelier in various Michelin Star restaurants in Europe. He also worked for the Independent Wine Maker Group in the South of France as the Palais Du Vin Project Manager close to Chateauneuf Du Pape.
